Everybody wants to start a day with black coffee or black tea. I always prefer black coffee without sugar especially in morning. I am sure that a cup of black coffee in the morning makes us energetic and gives freshness to us.  Let’s check the simple coffee recipe.

Ingredients (1 Cup = 250 ml) Coffee Recipe

Coffee powder – 2 tablespoon (or more as per choice)

Water – 2 cups (or as per the size of your mug)

Sugar – 2 tablespoon or as per taste

Method of preparation of Coffee

Method 1 – Coffee Recipe

  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Add coffee powder into the water. If you are using sugar also add sugar into it.
  • Stir gently, switch off the gas.
  • Your black coffee is ready.
  • Let remaining Coffee powder gather at the bottom of the pan; pour the coffee into a mug.

Method 2 – Coffee Recipe

  • Add water, coffee powder and sugar in a microwave safe mug and micro it for 1 minute.
  • Black Coffee is ready, Stir and enjoy.

Note: – Use good quality coffee powder for a better coffee, always add coffee powder after water boils.  Keep extra coffee in a flask (for 6 – 12 hours, off course, it depends on flask quality) so you can enjoy hot coffee throughout the day without the tediousness of making coffee.  You can also add homemade ghee into the coffee.

Coffee boosts your physical performance; it may help you lose weight and helps you burn fat. Coffee helps you focus and stay alert, moderate caffeine intake, 1-6 cups a day, helps you focus and improves your mental alertness. Coffee lowers risk of death. Coffee reduces risk of cancers. Caffeine may also prevent developing of basal cell carcinoma, the most common type of skin cancer. Coffee reduces risk of stroke. Reasonable consumption of coffee (2–4 cups a day) is associated with lower risk of stroke. Coffee reduces risk of Parkinson’s disease. Coffee protects your body. Coffee contains a lot of antioxidants that work as little warriors fighting and protecting against free radicals within your body.
